Dr. Roger Mills is an experienced project manager and consultant responsible for leading the organisation and development of DataESG environmental sustainability and social impact strategy. He works closely with organisations and the DataESG team to measure, analyse, and evaluate materiality data, and develop strategies for organisations to manage and reduce their GHG emissions in line with legislative requirements.  Roger has a Ph.D. in Digital Humanities, University of Technology, Sydney, and further tertiary qualifications in Sustainability & Social Impact, RMIT University, Melbourne, and Digital Preservation, Charles Sturt University.

Caroline Dornelles is an experience environmental scientist, chemist and engineer, and ESG analyst and consultant for DataESG. She works directly with organisations to measure, analyse, and evaluate materiality data to manage and reduce their GHG emissions in line with legislative requirements. Caroline integrates technical environmental knowledge with project management to deliver data-driven ESG solutions across both public and private sectors. She provides research-based solutions, with a strong focus on environmental data management, ESG strategy development, and stakeholder engagement. Caroline has a Bachelor of Science (Honours), University of São Paulo, Brazil, a Master of Engineering – Environmental Engineering TUHH – Technische Universität Hamburg, Germany and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences – School of Life Sciences, University of Technology, Sydney.

Edgar Ferro is a data scientist who works across our company investigating AI approaches to analysing data in a range of scenarios. Edgar works closely with organisations to understand how their data processes impact the delivery of their key products and services. Edgar holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Sciences, Monash University, and Master of Data Science, Big Data and Cloud Computing, La Trobe University.

Christine Centofanti serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager for DataESG, bringing creativity and strategic insight to the team. With a passion for storytelling and brand development, Christine excels in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, all aimed at amplifying DataESG’s mission and impact.
